• Applicable to 55 year old’s and above
• Investment of AED 2 Million, or savings of AED 1 Million, or proof of income of AED 20,000 per month
• Renewable on condition of meeting the eligibility criteria

10 Year Residency VISA

• Investment of AED 10 Million or more in public investments
• Investment must be held for at least 3 years
• At least 60% of the investments must be non real estate
